Turnkey delivery of a 300 kW PEM fuel cell test stand. All gas inlet conditions, including humidity ratio, pressures and temperature are automatically controlled. Emprise also designed and integrated a fuel reformer simulator and a liquid cooling module to control fuel cell stack temperature.

Turnkey delivery of a 60 kW fully automated PEM fuel cell test stand including a reformer simulator.
ONSI / IFC
Turnkey project to provide a fully automatic alkaline fuel cell test stand. Emprise also completed a turnkey project to provide twin test cells for 260 kVa Phosphoric Acid fuel cells.
AlliedSignal / Chrysler
Design, fabrication, assembly and commissioning of a PEM fuel cell test stand. Conditions of all inlet gases are automatically controlled. Water generation is measured in the fuel cell stack and voltage across the stack is measured.
H-Power
Design, fabrication, assembly and commissioning of two PEM fuel cell test stands. One system is dedicated to high power testing while the other services multiple stacks testing in a portable, containerized enclosure. Conditions of all inlet gases are automatically controlled. Water generation is measured in the fuel cell stack and voltage across the stack is measured.
P-205 Application
Emprise has provided numerous fuel cell test facilities. Each of these provided all necessary auxiliary equipment to support, control and acquire data from fuel cell stacks. Should the prime mover for the electric drive be a fuel cell, this type of support services could be required.
