Air Separation Module Test Stand

In 1999, Emprise designed, fabricated and installed a fully automatic portable Air Separation Module (ASM) test stand. The ASM is used on military aircraft to provide nitrogen enriched air (NEA) blankets to pressurize and decrease likelihood of spark ignitions. The test stand uses a Lab View data acquisition and control system to run qualification and post production tests. The stand is designed with maintenance in mind, all components are easily accessible.
