Air Turbine Starter Test Facility

1999-Emprise completed the test cell hardware and automatic data acquisition and control system for post-overhaul air turbine starter testing. Stand included computer-controlled variable speed motor and an eddy current dynamometer. The facility is capable of testing every starter in the Navy’s inventory.
